THE TASK

“What does our installation service include?”

Service handbook · Section 2.1

Installation covers appointment scheduling, on-site setup, and a customer walkthrough. Electrical work is excluded.

An answer grounded in your information

Your installation service includes scheduling, on-site setup, and a customer walkthrough. Electrical work is not included.

The answer is tied to the source shown here. When the information is missing, the system should ask for help rather than guess.

Fictional source material and prepared outputs show the intended experience. No documents are uploaded or processed here.

START WITH A FOCUSED PILOT

Explore the value.
Before a bigger commitment.

A scoped pilot gives you something concrete to evaluate: a prototype, test findings, and a recommendation for the next step.

01 /

Choose a useful task.

Find a recurring task, identify the information it needs, and agree what a good result would look like.

02 /

Test it on real examples.

Build a focused prototype and assess answer quality, difficult cases, response time, and running cost.

03 /

Decide what comes next.

Review the findings together. Where the results justify it, scope the integrations and controls needed for everyday use.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

The questions worth asking.

Do we need to know which AI model to use?

No. Start with the work you want to improve. We assess the information, integrations, and level of reliability the task needs before choosing an approach. Sometimes a conventional software workflow is the better fit.

What happens to our data?

We agree which information the tool can access, where it is processed, and which providers are involved before connecting your data. Access permissions and provider terms are part of those decisions.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

We test representative tasks and difficult cases, then design source references, missing-information handling, and human review around the use case. Actions that need approval stay with a person. A prototype helps establish whether the result is reliable enough for the intended task.

What will it cost to run?

Running costs depend on usage, model choice, hosting, and connected services. We assess those costs during the prototype and make them part of the decision to proceed. Ongoing provider charges are separate from the development scope.

Can you add AI to our existing application?

Yes. We can scope an assistant, search experience, or document workflow inside an existing product. We review the application, available integrations, and permissions before recommending how it should fit.

LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT

Where does work slow down?
Let’s start there.
